On September 16, 2022, the "2022 China Vegetable Production Mechanization Development Forum" with the theme of "Integration of Research, Development and Use, Accelerating Integrated Development" was successfully held in Shouguang, Shandong.

The forum focused on hot issues such as the promotion of vegetable machinery testing, the development and application of intelligent agricultural machinery, and the research and development of machinery technology that urgently needs to make up for shortcomings. Seven experts from the fields of scientific research, promotion, and management made special reports and received a large number of praise from the participants.

The forum is hosted by China Vegetable Association Mechanization Branch, China Agricultural Machinery Society Facility Horticulture and Fruit and Vegetable Machinery Branch, Nanjing Agricultural Mechanization Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Shandong Agricultural Machinery Research Institute, Shouguang Municipal People's Government, Shandong Shouguang Vegetable Mechanization Research Institute (chip), Weifang Shouguang Wisdom Agricultural Equipment Trading Center, Shouguang Rong Media Group, Shandong Mingchen Big Data Technology Co., Ltd., Ltd., and Jifurui Agricultural Machinery Chengdu Co., Ltd.

The forum overcame the impact of the outbreak and was held online and offline. There were 50 participants in the offline venue, and Shouguang Cloud APP and 100 county media alliances across the country were broadcast live online, attracting people from 74000 research, teaching, promotion and application fields.

"2022 China Vegetable Production Mechanization Development Forum" is the second session after the "2021 China Vegetable Production Mechanization Development Forum" and is widely praised by the industry. The Mechanization Branch of the China Vegetable Association plans to hold it once a year to continue this forum and build it into an influential event brand of the China Vegetable Association.
