With the vigorous development of agricultural modernization in China, agricultural mechanization, as a key link in this process, has been paid more and more attention. In order to further promote the progress of agricultural mechanization, the government and universities have taken action to vigorously support college students to visit agricultural machinery enterprises, so as to build a bridge between enterprises and universities and promote close cooperation between the two sides.

On July 10 and 11, 2024, Yunnan Normal University, majoring in electrical automation,Yunnan Agricultural UniversityAgricultural machinery manufacturing professional teachers and students with the desire for knowledge and enthusiasm for practice, came to my company to visit, probation. During the two-day event, they had an in-depth understanding of our company's production process, technology research and development, product display and other aspects, and personally experienced the charm and strength of modern agricultural machinery enterprises.

Through this visit and internship activities, the students not only increased their knowledge and broadened their horizons, but also had in-depth exchanges and discussions with our company's technicians, and exchanged opinions and views on some technical issues and industry development trends. This interactive way of learning has benefited students a lot and laid a solid foundation for their future study and work.

This cooperation mode not only brings new human resources and innovative ideas for agricultural machinery enterprises, but also provides college students with opportunities for practical learning and helps them better understand the current situation and development trend of the industry. At the same time, this kind of cooperation also helps to promote the whole society's understanding and attention to agricultural mechanization, and form a good atmosphere for the whole society to participate.
